Andy is Ascendant's Managing Director and Business Advisor where he partners with clients to develop digital transformation strategies and implement intelligent automation and AI and operational excellence solutions that amplify productivity and cost efficiencies and accelerate business continuity. He also provides advisory services to clients relating to Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, Cost Management, Digital Transformation, and restructuring.

Andy has over 20 years experience of experience in Finance and Management Consulting industries working across a diverse organizations ranging from fortune 500, Private Equity Owned mid market companies and small businesses driving their Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Controlling functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify operational and cost efficiencies. He has also advised clients in designing and implementing business simplification initiatives and has successfully managed multi-cultural teams across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. He has played key roles that have generated $6M in value creation by streamlining operational processes, manufacturing footprints, and implementing business simplification initiatives to amplify productivity, cost savings, and business continuity.

He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas and MBA from the University of Phoenix. Having worked and lived in 3 different continents has been an enriching cultural experience and has amplified his global business perspective. He is tri-lingual in English, Spanish, and French.

Sacha Serfaty

Managing Partner & Director of Business Development

Sacha is an experienced Business Development professional having worked for Software companies over the last 20 years. He has helped Software companies in Analytics, Data Science and the Enterprise Performance Management space find new business opportunities, turn prospects into clients and nurture value-driven business relationships.

Over the years he has worked for both large and small Multi-national organisations with a specific focus on understanding client requirements and positioning complex value propositions in order to meet those specific needs that deliver an ROI to clients through either improving cost productivity, cost efficiency and automation or focusing on use cases that deliver value to the top line. From Oil and Gas, Public sector organisations to all types of Financial Services clients the common theme has been leveraging cutting edge technology for the purpose of furthering business performance through decision making insights.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and worked with clients in Asia, USA, Continental Europe and the UK. He is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
